Workshop: "Beyond Normal and Pathological - Translating Experience"
The most creative ideas for the Schindler Award 2005 / 2006 were focused on the competition task of creating a "Museum walk for all". Less attention was given the additional task of creating an "Exhibition Concept". The jury therefore decided to organize a workshop to discuss possible solutions for such a concept. Invited were those students whose projects had shown the most promising approaches.
The workshop took place on November 8 - 9, 2006 at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ) in Zurich, Switzerland. It was organized by the competition management of the Schindler Award. Responsible for the concept of the workshop as well as the technical and scientific leadership were members of the teaching staff of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ), Jörg Stollmann, Dirk Hebel and Prof. Marc Angélil. The participants were supported by the experts Patrick Röösli, Bernhard Rüdisüli, Stephan Zappa und Tristan Kobler.
