Map 3_0_2 / 3_0_3 / 3_0_4 Linke Wienzeile
Could the "Linke Wienzeile" be moved, lowered or raised?

Am I allowed to lower Linke Wienzeile to facilitate easier pedestrian crossings? Can I change the levels of any (other) roads? May I change or remove the zebra crossings, or add new ones?

3_0_2 Perimeter
What is the green area on the map? Is this where the community centre is supposed to be located? Where should the residential spaces be located? What is the difference between the green area and the master plan-zone?

May I alter the boundaries of the perimeter area?

Is it possible to build on the eastern side of Gaudenzdorfer Gürtel?

Can I use an area outside of the green project perimeter?

3_1_1 Situation
In the plan, bicycle tracks are drawn with more than one layer. Some are named as paths and some as sidewalks. Should I treat them differently or can I ignore this?

Are we allowed to place any buildings on the "Franz-Schwarz-Park" (the area named in "3_1_1 Situation"). And if so, can we place there any of the surfaces from point 6.4, such as the business functions?

On document 3_1_1 situation, height indications are shown inside the buildings which surround the perimeter, (for example: H= 21 m). What do they mean?

Map 3_0_2 / 3_0_3 / 3_0_4 Linke Wienzeile
Could the "Linke Wienzeile" be moved, lowered or raised?
"Linke Wienzeile" is outside the green project perimeter, so it is not suitable for the community centre. Furthermore, because it gives access to the buildings north of Linke Wienzeile, the relocation possibilities are limited.

Am I allowed to lower Linke Wienzeile to facilitate easier pedestrian crossings? Can I change the levels of any (other) roads? May I change or remove the zebra crossings, or add new ones?
Linke Wienzeile is outside the green project perimeter, so it is not suitable for the community centre, the river park or access to it. Furthermore, because it gives access to the buildings north of Linke Wienzeile, it must be connected to the intersection. This means the north-south traffic must be kept on the existing level because of the metro and river tunnels underneath. In other words, the possibilities to relocate Linke Wienzeile are limited. On the other hand, you may change or remove any of the zebra crossings, or add additional one.

3_0_2 Perimeter
What is the green area on the map? Is this where the community centre is supposed to be located? Where should the residential spaces be located? What is the difference between the green area and the master plan-zone?
The public river park § 5.1.3 and the community centre § 5.1.4 must be located in the green area. But apart from these two elements, you may use the entire master plan area for all other purposes. Please take into account the regulations and restrictions in § 7.

May I alter the boundaries of the perimeter area?
No, it is important to respect the boundaries so that all participants' projects are based on a site of exactly the same specifications.

Is it possible to build on the eastern side of Gaudenzdorfer Gürtel?
You can build inside the red dotted line indicated in document 3_0_2, but you must leave space for the roads and tracks as shown in document 3_1_1.

Can I use an area outside of the green project perimeter?
No.

3_1_1 Situation
In the plan, bicycle tracks are drawn with more than one layer. Some are named as paths and some as sidewalks. Should I treat them differently or can I ignore this?
You can disregard the fact that the bicycle and pedestrian paths are on several different layers. Inside the competition perimeter, you can propose a completely new net of paths, as long as the connections between the different start / end points are retained.

Are we allowed to place any buildings on the "Franz-Schwarz-Park" (the area named in "3_1_1 Situation"). And if so, can we place there any of the surfaces from point 6.4, such as the business functions?
Yes. It will be up to the jury to decide whether this is a good urban solution.

On document 3_1_1 situation, height indications are shown inside the buildings which surround the perimeter, (for example: H= 21 m). What do they mean?
It is the height of the eaves or gutter, where the run off water from the roof is collected.
